Day 2: Adventure and Culture

  1. Kufri: Start your day with a visit to Kufri, a nearby hill station known for its adventure activities and panoramic views. You can go horse riding, try your hand at skiing (in winter), or simply enjoy the scenic beauty.

  2. Indira Tourist Park: Visit Indira Tourist Park, located in Kufri, which offers a picturesque setting with tall deodar trees and well-maintained gardens. You can enjoy a peaceful stroll or indulge in some local snacks sold by vendors.

  3. Himalayan Nature Park: Explore the Himalayan Nature Park, also located in Kufri. This park is home to various species of flora and fauna native to the region, including Himalayan Monal, the state bird of Himachal Pradesh.

Day 3: Cultural Immersion and Relaxation

  2. Jakhu Temple: Visit Jakhu Temple, dedicated to the Hindu deity Hanuman. Situated atop Jakhu Hill, this temple offers panoramic views of Shimla and the surrounding mountains. You can reach the temple by either hiking or taking a pony ride.

  3. Relaxation: Spend your afternoon relaxing at your accommodation or indulging in spa treatments to rejuvenate your body and mind after a couple of days of exploration.

Remember to dress in layers as the weather in Mashobra can change quickly, especially in the higher altitudes. Also, carry water and snacks for your day trips, and always respect the local culture and environment. Enjoy your time in Mashobra!
